Introduction of 10ml oral liquid filling and rolling mill

The 10ml oral liquid filling and rolling machine is a 12-head filling disc. The bottle enters the capping machine, passes through the bottle-feeding mesh belt and the variable-pitch screw transmission system, and then feeds into the 12-head filling disc through the pull-up disc and rotates clockwise. The material is supplied by the glass pump through the tracking needle and lifting the filling liquid. The bottle filled with liquid is sent to the 12-head capping turntable through three reversing turntables, and rotates clockwise. 12 flexible three-knife rolling heads track the aluminum caps (with rubber stoppers) in sequence from the oscillating hopper and send them down the track, and wrap them on the bottle mouth during bottle transfer. The poured and rolled oral liquid is then sent out of the machine from the bottle-out turntable to the bottle-out plate.
